Omaha Biliew reportedly remains in the mix for a spot on U19 Team USA.

Biliew is one of 18 finalists for a spot on the 12-man roster that will compete at the 2023 FIBA U19 World Cup later this month in Hungary.

Iowa State freshman Milan Momcilovic and sophomore Jackson Paveletzke also participated in the team’s training camp this week but did not make the list of finalists.

Biliew is regarded as one of the best incoming freshmen in the country, ranking as the No. 13 overall recruit in the 2023 class. He’s stood out for his ability to make plays on each end of the floor during the first four sessions of training camp.

The United States is set to open play in the FIBA U19 World Cup on June 24 against Madagascar.
