Just heard Zabel on Miller's show that this win over the Hawks just made our season. The arrogance doesn't just stop with their fans. And they call that guy a Legend!! What a joker!!

Jim Zabel needs to grow up. This might be a big win for ISU, but come on Zabel give us credit. A bad ISU team beat a bad Iowa team. This isn't Dan's superbowl game anymore. New era, new coaches. You got beat... You think someone his age would give credit where credit is due and not sound like another typical Squawkeye fan.

We all must of been busy typing the same thing. The guy drives me nuts, what's even worse is when him and Walden try to do a show together. Wow, they are bad!!

I used to see him doing I State games with his bottle of "cough" medicine on the table. I was told he was hooked on codene. Lots of years of that stuff can affect your brain.

After listening to the John Miller show today which for the most part was pretty good he had to end it with Zabel. In another thread John took offense when some refered to Z as a senile old man. I though I would look up the definition of Senile. This is what I found:
1 : of, relating to, exhibiting, or characteristic of old age <senile weakness>; especially : exhibiting a loss of cognitive abilities (as memory) associated with old age
2 : approaching the end of a geological cycle of erosion
I was expecting to see a picture of Z but only found the above. Z is hawk through and through and his recollection of the past has clouded his perception of the present.
