That leads into a home game vs. then #2 TCU that will be a night game, riding the electric atmosphere of the improved JTS, Iowa State pulls off the win of the century for the 2nd time in a decade (not sure how the math works on that but trust me).

ISU then rides the momentum train to Waco the next week and becomes the first team to knock off the AP #2 team two weeks in a row in October (if somebody has already done that don't tell me as it will ruin the story).

Iowa State will go from un-ranked to the #3 team in two weeks. Jay Mohr will do an entire show that week dedicated to Paul Rhoads. That is when 6-1 Texas comes to town holding wins over Notre Dame and Oklahoma, which of course means that Game Day will be in Ames for the Halloween showdown. Well I agree that ISU's SOS is pretty weak this year and getting over Iowa and UNI is definitely possible but ISU doesn't play TCU and Baylor this year

Also, I don't like to be negative...I actually really do think this team could achieve at a higher level than most are predicting...just hope nothing happens (injuries, blown all, etc)...take care of business, fellas!
