WOW I never thought it could be so bad...

never thought i would quit caring about how this team does but ever game they just out do themselves.

I know Kansas State is on a roll but did anyone who watched this game think that we had the talent to win this game.

Is it our Offense, our execution, or just lack of that attitude that made other teams great?

I really am thinking unless gmac win the national championship he wont be back after his contract is up.

And if he doesnt win a game the rest of the way out i hope he is gone before the Big 12 Tourney.

This is pretty sickening to watch. I didn't think they'd win at KSU, but I was kinda hoping after a solid performance against OU, they'd be playing with a bit of fire for tonight's game. Looks like we'll have to wait until they come back home for their next win.
 
It's hard to keep being passionate about this basketball team. Fact. I grew up LOVING the basketball team and I find myself bored watching them. It's a tough time right now. Hang in there.

He'll get one more year, but it is NCAA or bust. NIT in any of these first three years would have kept the heat down a bit, but that won't cut it next year. GM is a nice guy but I think he is in over his head in the Big 12.
 
You cant critisize this team. Otherwise you will be blasted by the idiot crowd that supports this horrible coaching job. The whole Iowa states sports scene is horrible.

i dont know if im just in denial, as me and my dad watched our young team hang in with the Kansas jayhawks and oklahoma sooners, is it just execution, inexperiance or what? I look at that starting 5, and i love hamilton but as of late you need to start vanderbreken hes better offensively, I know we have ALOT of talent, including the leagues second best player, if everyone stays next season will be alot of fun

Yep, 06-07 = Won't ISU be great if Will Blaylock comes back.
07-08 = Won't ISU be great with Mike Taylor coming back.
08 - 09 = Won't ISU be great with Wesley Johnson coming back.

You know what is going to happen in the off-season. Craig will declare for the NBA and end up playing overseas. One of our returnees or recruits will be found ineligible for some stupid reason by the NCAA. Finally, Harrison Barnes will declare for Duke or UNC next fall. JP will issue a statement that in light of all the turmoil he considers 09 - 10 Year One of the Greg McDermott era and we will be told to be patient. Rinse. Repeat.

We truly are one Wesley Johnson away from being a good team. I can't fault GMac for that. If Brackins stays with Colvin and Gilstrap, we will be alright next year.
 
Kansas State just beat Mizzou by 18 and Texas in Austin. What did you guys expect? A miracle?

I thought the Cyclones played pretty well tonight. If not for an off night by Brackins, we would have had a decent chance to win the game.

I didn't expect to win this game. That is the problem. Very few of us expect to win any Big 12 games home or away anymore.

Sorry but not crack the 60 mark is NOT playing pretty well. I dont care what kind of D they are playing.
