Winners and Losers College Football

Big Ten West Division. This division has Wisconsin on top — and the Badgers are a Playoff threat — followed by six average-to-worse teams. All you need to know about the West is that Nebraska is currently in second place; the Cornhuskers aren’t good. This is the worst division in the Power Five. The West makes the SEC East Division look like a murderer’s row of national title contenders.

The old Big 12 north was better than that pile of crap.

Unfortunately they take a shot at us in the Texas write-up.

A less-cryptic response to your post, compared to my first response: It's amusing to me how Iowa State is getting some cred for being "pretty good, actually."

Simultanesouly, losing to ISU is viewed as "not a good loss" and beating ISU is considered "avoiding a bad loss."

People forget how good the Big 12 North was at the beginning. At one point I believe it had the #1, #2, and #3 teams in the country. It's too bad it became such joke at the end.
