New Windows 7 user as of Monday - main monitor is my laptop, I am also running a second monitor. There was a taskbar on monitor 2 that I accidentally closed while setting its properties to suit my needs - anyone know how to start that one back up? All I can seem to do is modify the taskbar on monitor 1 which I already have set up how I want it.
