Who looks like a good candidate for OC and OL coach next year?

At this point it is pretty clear that changes simply need to be made. Maybe go get a couple guys from a MAC team. Heck the OL coach at UNI is going to send a guy to the NFL two years in a row. Somehow, some way it simply has to be better.

Unless CMC changes his philosophy, it won’t matter. Ask anybody in the program, his hands are all over the offense. Manning is calling Campbell’s system. It doesn’t work without a stout line or NFL RB.

While the order and timing of play calls would differ, nothing else will until CMC either goes hands off or realizes you have to adapt to your players.

To be fair, it didn’t really work with 2 NFL RBs either. They were just so talented the line didn’t have to do much. Imagine what they would have done if that group was even semi competent

The AD probably should help Campbell understand that he needs to give control of the offense to somebody that knows what they are doing.

What happened to “players, formations, plays”?
