Seemed like there were a lot of hamstring injuries last season. Hopefully a new S&C staff can correct that.

I am going with Norton - he's a big/physical runner. But I do think we'll have 2 backs with over 500 yards.

I think it’s a no brainer Norton if he can stay healthy. But he made it all of a couple plays last year before getting hurt, so who knows if he can stay on the field.

As someone who hasn't followed much roster discussion this summer, do we have anyone who will play "fullback" this year in the style of Jared Rus? (who was always listed as a TE I think)

I hope it will be a running back, but if Hughes ends up getting a majority of the snaps, I could see him being a sneaky dark horse contender. Some designed QB runs, a couple 10-15 yards scampers, plus an occasional long run could add up quickly.

Idk. Maybe? Could have been something like an ankle tweak or contusion that just needed time to heal.

Yeah I'm too lazy to look it up but seems like he was out but perhaps doesn't mean anything.

He DID get back for some time last year so it's not like he was out forever.

Yeah, was wondering if I missed some long injury history. Is everybody worried about Breece staying healthy for the Jets, too?
IIRC Norton took a bit of a dip during HS recruitment because of the 'injury bug' - could be something, could be nothing - but I think that is where the 'narrative' is coming from.

I recall reading on this board/ hearing on a podcast some time ago
