AB had a slogan on their bottle that they apologized for 4 years ago. What do they say about that?

Here is what it said:

Anheuser-Busch has apologized for a label which reads: "The perfect beer for removing 'no' from your vocabulary for the night."

"Has to be Anheuser Busch lets not forget they ran an ad campaign attacking corn syrup."

It really is a wonder why this fan base became enthralled with Busch considering the above.

It's the DMR and it's not even close. Potentially ruining a genuinely good persons life for clicks...yeah not even close.

Just no doubt about it, and it is going to cost them dearly with subscription losses. It takes a real special effort to piss off both ISU and Iowa fans, and pretty much everyone else in the state. Great job.

I don't agree with Busch's decision but I understand where they're coming from. They at least made a decision and stuck with it and still donated.

The Rag screwed up big time here but it is in no comparison to how horrible Iowa's PR is every single time something comes up.

Welcome to the "Cancel Culture" epidemic. I certainly do not agree with 16-year-old Carson's social media content, but HE was the one who decided to own up to what he did in order to let everyone know that he is NOT the same person he once was. And his current actions bear that out!! Imagine that, people can actually change when they get beyond their immature, awkward teenage/high school years. The cancel culture (including media & now corporations) cannot forgive - gotta make sure they are judge & jury. "Holier than thou" used to be a term that applied to ultra-legal religious people when I was growing up. That term seems to apply to a different segment of our population, today. Unfortunately, that population seems to be growing exponentially.

And that fact the Rag is making national news about it in a very bad light!
