When does 2023 Conference Schedule come out?

Sounds to me like the delay is being in Texas and Oklahoma leaving a year earlier (obviously). The schedule rotation was supposed to feature all 14 programs playing each other at least once over the next two years, but those two leaving would screw up any sort of rotation if they left after one season. I'm guessing if that early departure comes to fruition the Big 12 isn't going to spare OU and Texas many easy trips and they'll want to come up with something that keeps the committed programs happy.
Texas @ Houston MUST happen.

Unless they're leaving, which is a persistent possibility, and a good reason to delay the schedule.
What took the ACC so long? Feels like the SEC and Big 10 released theirs in October.
I think this is the first year they are dropping divisions and going to protected rivals. Probably just took a little extra time ironing out the rotation.
