I can't bear to even pretend to be interested in basketball this year. With our beloved Clones bound for NO postseason AGAIN, and Chris Paul out for the Hornets, basketball is dead for me this year besides CyBookie!!!
However, the outlook for my Twins this year is looking better than ever. Management is actually spending money this year, new ballpark to look forward to, Thome and O-Dog added to roster and maybe even hope for Liriano to return to form!!!! Looking forward to baseball season more than ever. Anyone else?? Probably not yet I suppose.

Why do people care when pitchers and catchers report? Serious question. What happens that is of interest when they report?

It's more of just the sign that baseball is around the corner.

On my FB page, i'm a fan of the Royals and they posted a picture earlier this week of a huge moving truck being loaded up with gear bound for Surprise. Baseball is right around the corner!

At least I'll have other blogs to follow, rather than the usual fire McDermott ones.....which I tend to agree with but have grown weary of since it won't happen anyway.

ESPN had an article about Greinke and Soria showing up early. From the way the article sounds, most everyone showed up early to work out. I'm excited for this season!
