They installed their new scoreboard too low, and punts were bouncing off of it (resulting in a dead ball, replay the down). How do you screw that up?

It amazes me that you can spend a billion dollars on a stadium and screw up things like this. With having too low of a scoreboard here, and having obstructed views in new Yankee Stadium. How do you screw that stuff up??
how many punts hit it? I only saw the one...
The NFL signed off on the 160-foot long, 90-foot high video board, Jones said, and he does not plan to alter it.
I've never been one to defend "America's Team" but I'd be willing to bet that punts hitting the scoreboard was never even considered as a possibility. I'm sure it's on some sort of pully system, just raise it up.
Fixed.I think JJ had this planned all along. How Bout Them dumb *** Cowboys
:biglaugh::biglaugh:This will be the best year on record. Guess where Superbowl XLV is "Cowboys". This stadium will be the biggest home field advantage in the NFL. Opposing kickers and punters will be focusing on the big board soooo much thier hang time will be off and our good friend Felix "the cat" Jones will be taking it to thehouse. :biglaugh::biglaugh:
I would assume the NFL is already making calls to have it evaluated and raised. They won't let something as stupid as an oversized video board interrupt a game, especially at one of the highest profile venues in the world.
