Its a matter of personal preference. I would say Great Plains or Pizza Pit. It depends what you are in the mood for. The great plains cheese can be a little much sometimes.

I love the Pit simply cause you can go get it at Welch Ave. Station and enjoy a $4 pitcher at the same time. The pizza at the Pit is very good, but nothing in comparison to their Drummies. I wanted to go their tonight before the game, but i conceded to somewhere else.

Have you ever had "real" Chicago style? OC doesn't compare to my favorite pizza of all time - Giordanos. I really miss living in Chicago so that I can have a Giordanos every week.

Gotta put another vote in for Great Plains. Bunch of us met there before a hoops game a few weeks back and it was awesome - oddly enough it was the first time I had been there.

Certainly won't be the last.
