For those ISU fans on this board that are graduates, what year did you graduate and with what degree?

I'm also curious if your line of work is applicable to your degree?

Apologize if this has been asked before.

I'll start:

Dec' 1993 Grad
Mechanical Engineering

Current Occupation
Technical Sales

Grad:1996 Industrial Technology

2004 MA in Adult Education

Current:
Project Manager

Grad: 2006 in Elementary Education **

Current: 6th Grade teacher

**=school record holder with 213 undergrad credits and only one degree

Dec 2002 B.S. in Psychology, work as a credit analyst... Have also spent time playing pro baseball, and as a Golf Pro... Teach and coach at Farrell's eXtreme Bodyshaping for fun and a little extra cash.

tigershoops, I might have you beat... I'll have to go home and check tonight... Three schools and four majors later...

August 2003 Grad
Journalism and Mass Communication (VisCom emphasis) w/ minors in Economics and Psychology

Current Occupation
Technical Writer/Editor - Publications Manager (for the Army)

I'm not so much using my journalism skills as much as I'm using my writing abilities that I learned in journalism, my graphics editing skills I learned with the VisCom emphasis, as well as all of the technical drawing and editing skills that I learned in my couple of years of engineering at ISU as well as two years of drafting I had in high school. How I got my job wasn't so much due to the fact that I'm a Journalism major, but more due to the culmination of my education experiences all throughout college and even into high school. My economics minor comes into play if I ever decided to leave tech writing for something more business-oriented with the government.

Dec 2002 - Elec Engineering (with a Psychology minor)

Work as a lead engineer for a utility company & ref bball games on the side.

May 2003 Agricultural Studies
I now supervise a fry line where chicken nuggets and hot wings are made for the largerst Kosher meat plant in North America. I don't think any class I took at college could have prepared me for what I am doing.
