After watching the mens game today I was wondering what others do that lets you vent or gets your troubles off your shoulders.

For some it is being critical on message boards, for me I can easily forget about what I just saw by putting in " Symphony of Destruction" by Megadeath. I listen to this a couple of times and it is my therapy.

So I can tell you I have listened to this song quite a bit this year.

Wedding Crashers is on tonight.
In all honesty, this past football season I learned not to take losses so hard after the team I coached had the worst record I have ever been a part of.
Tear, tear. We were 6-3. I took an early loss quite hard, but I've since learned not to let that affect everything else around me.

Well, todays loss and finding out Las Vegas is not ever coming back Im not sure WHAT could help me.

At the same time would cure any ailment and solve any problem in my life now and in the future.

I have several ways...

In all seriousness, I usually just start doing some homework, something that requires as much of my brain as possible.

Too many troubles to ever forget......but a nice cold drink and certain massage therapy always helps.....

Put on some Jimmy Buffett and realize that things aren't so bad after all.

Twenty degrees and the hockey games on.
Nobody cares; they are way too far gone,
screamin' "Boat drinks," somethin'
to keep them all warm.
This morning I shot six holes in my freezer.
I think I got cabin fever.
Somebody sound the alarm.
I'd like to go where the pace or life's slow.
Could you beam me somewhere, Mister Scott?
Any old place here on Earth or in space.
You pick the century and I'll pick the spot.
