Hok "star" freshman Joe Weiskamp rolled his ankle pretty badly in the Michigan State game, and never returned to the bench. Has anyone heard anything about his status for tomorrow night?

Game time decision. Not near as a blow as us not having Wigginton and Young but still he's the only player on the roster that isn't a punk so I hope he can go

superbowl tactics, while I'm sure he came out for legit reasons (they really need him) I'd be shocked if he isn't fine.

Being from Muscatine, I'm not enjoying, nor looking forward to suffering through 4 years of all the social media posts in my feeds regarding Weiskamp. "going to the hawks game to see Joe...." "look at Muscatine's own...." All the Iowa boy chooses to stay home.....Honestly, the hero worship is going to be off the charts.

So...he's Fred Hoiberg? We get a dose of Freddy on anything cyclone related on the radio it seems. Last night's show is another example. I love Fred but it's weird AF.

We've seen this story before with Kirk and injured players, no way they miss the ISU game, if he can walk, he'll play. They are being pretty low key about it but this is the biggest game of the year for Fran. Their next league game is at Purdue, losing to ISU and starting 0-3 in b1g play might send this thing off the rails.

I’m pretty sure the Dolph thing put it off the rails already. They HAVE to have that Purdue game to get back on the rails. I think that plays in our favor.

Only if he succeeds, and grandly.............

Being from Muscatine, you realize that the hero worship isn't future tense. it has been ongoing for a couple years now on my social media feeds from other people from Muskie. Good for Muscatine and Joe, but I don't need to hear about it.

Yes, it has been going on for a while, but, not on a daily basis. It was more when special things happened, or here or there.
