Lots of rumors that Super Bowl might be played on a different day than Super Bowl Sunday if there is a blizzard. IMO the game should be played no matter the weather conditions. Those who made the decision KNEW what the weather could be like in February in New Jersey at an outdoor stadium. So man up and play the game in a blizzard.

There is a reason why they call it Super Bowl SUNDAY. It is NOT Super Bowl Monday or Super Bowl Friday. The location was CHOSEN knowing the possibility of terrible weather. Play the game no matter what. Weather conditions be damned.

Right now Weather Underground shows snow for Saturday in NYC and overcast and 38 Sunday. Of course that'll likely change throughout the week.

But I agree ... play the game regardless of the weather conditions.

If regular season and playoff games are played in bad weather, why should the Super Bowl be any different. You pick the location, pick the date and play it no matter what (baring lightning/tornado). It's part of the game...
