The Teams (ISU Players)
Sparks- Bjerke, Ezell
Liberty- Nisleit, Bolte
Monarchs- Lacey, Mosman
Comets- Stuckey, Anderson
Lynx- Wieben, Lightbourne
Fever- Ross, Florzak
I was only able to watch the first game tonight between the Sparks and Liberty. Sparks - Ezell played well and took the ball to the basket a lot. Bjerke was a no show. Liberty - Nisleit didn't get any court time with Bolte or any of the Drake players on her side. So no reasonable assessment can be made of her play. Poor Bolte had Jordann Plummer and Kirsten Turk from Drake playing with her. Basically it went, Plummer brought the ball up the court, passed to Turk, Turk shot. I only remember Bolte getting three touches the whole game. I think she was 1 for 2 (made shot was a 3).
Next week, I hope to catch the Lynx v. Liberty game and Comets v. Fever. I'm real excited to see Stuckey and Anderson.
