WBB RECRUITING: 2025 four-star wing Agot Makeer (@makeer_agot) was in Ames for a visit this weekend, and caught up with @cfchangs9 during Saturday's Hilton doubleheader.

There may be even more of a story behind this recruit. Apparently, the Prep School team she plays for in Toronto (Crestwood) is loaded. One teamate who graduates this year was ranked 13th in 2024 recruiting class and is headed to Duke. Another teamate is headed to Boston University. Agot plays or played for Kia Nurse Elite in the EYBL so they have plenty of US exposure and experience. Agot has frequently been named to the all-tournament team on this side of the border and sometimes MVP. Hope Hilton Magic works on her; she is very versatile.
