To win a women’s title, you need a PG with elite athleticism and waves of size. But, any given day…

Felt like last year we had the incredible season we did while being over-dependent on Ashley to do more work than necessary given the talent of the guards around her.

My 2 keys, based on last year, for ISU WBB to be F4 bound:

- Soares is a threat defensively. Seemed like a lot of our losses last year came because of paint exposure.
- We have an offensive game plan beyond just give the ball to Ashley and let her work. I’d like to see that became our “in case of emergency” option
