Just got off the phone with Hannah. Great get for any offense, let alone Iowa State's - which was in need of replacing a few scorers:

So is NAIA to D1, but CBF found one that just got drafted #4. So I am hopeful she sees success and stays healthy. Being 5'8" has the potential to cause some challenges though

Iowa State women's basketball team picks up Truman State transfer Hannah Belanger

Hannah Belanger was a strong shooter and experienced starter in four seasons at Truman State. Now she's heading to Ames.

“I know they lost a lot of big players for them and obviously I can’t step in and do exactly what they do but looking at the statistics, I feel like I’m a pretty consistent scorer and shooter,” Belanger said. “I know it’s coming up a level and I know that no matter what I have to do, I have to work really, really hard to earn everything but I also feel like I have the ability to knock down some shots and I hope that translates to the next level.”
