The Exhibition game they had they all piled in Johnny's for some dumb reason and that threw some of us off) They had them available a couple weeks ago for the field trip game though so hopefully they are around tonight

They finished second in their regular season conference last year, won the SWAC Tournament and lost a play-in game to #16 Sacred Heart in the NCAA's. In short, that annual pilgrimage thru multiple P5 schools must work for them! This strikes me as a dangerous game for our precocious youngsters - I hope they're ready to play tonight! Go State!

Miami was ranked #44 in NET last year, so that's quite a decent showing for Southern. Miami shot 39% overall, 4-24 on threes, and 9-20 on FT, so that's probably what kept Southern in the game. Southern did lead early in the 4th, so it wasn't a case of "not as close as it looked".
