There could be, but I think a lot of them stay in the US.

I had a decent amount of Indian Profs when I was in AeroE, and that was 30 years ago. Ganesh Rajagapolan (sp) for aerothermodynamics, he was kind of a hard ass at first, but a good guy, think he passed away. Vinay Dayal is still there. Had him for mechanics of materials. Very good teacher in a tough class. I took my final in there the day after my son was born, zero cramming for that one.

And there was a guy, don't remember his name but maybe someone here does. Old as dirt, taught statics. Had a heavy limp, rode a scooter with a helmet to campus, wore a maroon sportcoat with 20 years of chalkdust on it. Super heavy accent, took a long time to get used to it. He would explain something, then turn around from the chalkboard and say "agreewidaaaaaat?", as a way to see if we were understanding and keeping up. Anyone remember this guy from the early 90s? He was quite a character, but did not stand for any BS.

Love to see Russia basically send a missle and India send a graceful landing craft.

It also demonstrates how little we’ve evolved in space exploration since the first moon landing. We have a long ways to go and a lot of legacy fuels and mechanisms to overcome.
