I am wondering if anyone on CF has any experience with switching from traditional phone service with an internal PBX in a small business to a cloud based VOIP service like RingCentral, XBlue or Vocalocity?
I have experience in the past with Mediacom's phone service, Vonage and Skype at home with decent experiences... but our business has 3 separate locations with 11 current phone lines so these providers won't really work for us.
I don't know if I can trust the quality of our current Centurylink DSL connections enough to have reliable and high quality voice using the VOIP cloud services.
The goal would be to save money versus our traditional phone service, but I can't risk spotty or unreliable phone service for our business. I am estimating we could save several thousand dollars every year if we would switch.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
