So what's everyone expect tonight? Does the WC chances diminish with anything less than 3 points?

Beyond this match, the Canada / Mexico should be a fun one as well.

Jamaica hasn’t been too strong, so it should be a decent result tonight.

I’m not too worried about outcome overall, it’s far too early to need a win, though it sure would be nice to keep the foot on the gas and not need to come from behind like 2018.

We already have a draw against Canada and a dub against Mexico, just gotta stay healthy and keep up that intensity we saw come through last match.

With 2 home games and not the toughest opponents this window we should expect 7+ pts. Get 5 again and we're just scraping by with tougher windows ahead.

We haven't played Mexico yet. Unless you're talking about Nations League or Gold Cup, but those don't have any bearing on the Octagonal.

Should be 3 plying in the US, but nothing is certain when your by far most important player is out. I’d be okay with a point.

No Pulisic or Reyna, but Jamaica is down Bailey and Antonio. We're deeper and should come out with 3 points. I'd like to see Pepi start to see if he can get things rolling early.

Yeah Jamaica is missing a lot of their top players. And the step down from Pulisic/Reyna to Aaronson/Weah isn't nearly as big as you'd think. Anything less than 3 tonight would be a disappointment.

The traditional path to the World Cup involves winning at home and picking up a few draws on the road. The more points that are dropped at home, the more we need to pick up wins on the road...which historically has been very difficult in CONCACAF.

This cycle needs to be 7 points (2 Wins and Tie) We will have much tough games later in qualifying and definitely want to lock in a spot early as two of our last three games are at Mexico and at Costa Rica.

I really think Austin is going to end up being an awesome pro-US atmosphere for this match. They are killing it in MLS with their support and it carried over well in the US-Qatar Gold Cup match that was played there this summer.

Oh yeah, derp. I was remembering the recent Gold Cup final! I stand corrected.

I do hope the ref is spending halftime catching up on the rule book regarding clear path to the goal.
