Update 2023-24 roster up

Casey. Swiderski… wow
My reaction after watching that was, Reineri. Andreu... wow. Let's get that guy eligible asap. He'd be a hammer at 125/133. He was impressive from the bottom considering I'm sure he hasn't had a lot of Folkstyle experience. It was also fun to see Yonger coaching him. Either way what a great guy to have in our room.

Tried last year. Would’ve been a national champion. He’s a different type of elite

Age isn’t a factor. The eligibility starts when you start college. Either he started college in Cuba over 4 years ago or the NCAA pulled out something from you know what.

Serious question, where did you get that information? I don’t believe that to be true, however, there are exceptions and they might have thought they could sneak in under this:

Circumstances beyond control

NCAA eligibility requirements include a special exception for athletes kept from competing because of circumstances beyond their control. These can include severe injuries or medical conditions, extreme financial hardship, and the effects of natural disasters. The NCAA grants this exception on a case-by-case basis.

OSU had a QB that was 27 or 28 when he graduates several years ago. Also, mormons go on 2 year missions post HS all the time. Don’t know all details.
