UofI not paying contractors, AGAIN

Just because they can do something doesn't mean they should. Best way to get people to lose morale/quit is to not pay them on time.

Good for them. U of I hospital treats their nurses like garbage. And I know this from first hand.

Same. A friend of mine is a nurse there and the hospital employees fall into that whole collective bargaining mess. It is a great hospital for research but they treat their employees like ****. But hey, keep waving at the sick kids and ignoring the major issues going on at the UofI hospital...

We need to change our state laws on collective bargaining. When labor makes a decent wage, it goes thru the economy and everyone profits.

What exactly are you reading? What take did I double down on?
Your sarcastically moronic post about feeling bad was doubled down by saying you never talked about my child. I know you didn't. I was telling you when you are in that hospital facing dire circumstances, any inconvenience can suck. You should have left it at that or just sad, my bad.
There's a reason you will be on an island here with your point of view.

I was directly talking about kinnick being a problem. Every job and hospital in big cities will deal with similar problems (traffic and parking on certain days). If you took it to mean anything else, that's not what I meant nor said.

This was a summers eve comment:
That’s gotta be a rough 6 days a year for them. I feel bad.
There's no other way to take it.

So there was zero sarcasm in this post?
Sure, the sarcasm in that they have to deal with 7 bad traffic days a year. What about LA hospitals? Denver? I was talking about the nurses having to deal with that 7 days a year. If you read more into that sarcasm, I don't know what to tell you.

Yep, you aren't worth arguing anymore.
