Tyrone McKenzie playing today

I started watching the game after I saw the post, and I can't say that I heard McK's name called once in the last three quarters.

Did the Oregon Off. Coordinator make that good of adjustments in the second half or did Mac's defense just get outplayed. I think the wrong team was rated in this one.

Mac only coaches the D-Line...

Thanks, I didn't realize that. He couldn't even find a coordinator job?

Dienhart over at SportingNews claims he just interviewed(or talked) for the D coordinator job at Miami but well see. That would be an excellent opportunity IMO.

I think DMac was a good fit for South Florida because they rely too much on emotion too early in the season. A trademark of DMac's teams was to play well early then tail off. Johnny Majors said you could convince a team to play "over its head" two or three times a season. If you tried to geek-up the team any more than that, they became jaded and would not respond. I can remember many seasons at Iowa state like that. Play great, then fold. Sounds like South Florida to me.
