This has probably been posted, but it's too early for me to go searching for it...but is the game on tv today? If not, are bars able to pick up the broadcast?

So let me ask this....is Yahoo our only option for radio feed? Sorry, I know this has been discussed but I was guilty of not paying attention due to 3 of our first 4 games being televised.
As the game goes on, someone might find a streaming station who slipped through the cracks (like last week), but the athletic department tends to squash that really quickly over the ensuing week--especially when it's been posted on a message board. :wink:

The yahoo broadcast really isn't a bad deal IMO. When I was in Seattle, I had kept the subscription open from football through basketball. Even though I got as many football games on gameplan and almost all of the basketball games on full court, the yahoo broadcast was nice because I could listen to the pre and post game shows as well.
I found I got the best gameday value by moving back to Iowa though! :wink:
well, considering that TV appearances are scheduled weeks ahead, and don't just "appear" on your television, and last week's TV game was not only announced but well publicized, I don't think you have to worry about it.
Oh come on... I'm sure FCS has a "swat" television crew just waiting to descend on JTS...
I haven't had satellite radio for a couple years, but when I had Sirius, they had Big XII, while XM had little televen.

Should be a packed house tonight with there being no TV. Everyone round up the kids and friends and head up to Ames! There will be plenty of tickets available outside of the stadium.
there are big 12 channels on xm but never any programing when I tune to them, but haven't tried during game time

With me watching my son today, and the wife is working - i will be depending on some great insight on the game from those that attend. Give up the dirt....i just hope its a W - because next week i want to see 2-0 against 2-0 I-STATE row 2 section 115 with the wife - we will have a blast....

Oh by the way, my brother/sister told me last night that next week in ia city is going to be a black out week - two years ago they held that for the OHIO ST undefeated game (IA got pummelled) so maybe the importance of this game to EIU is growing.
