I looked for a couple minutes, but this was all I could find.
From a Jan. 16 Buffalo News Article:

UB did not disclose the financial terms, but an athletic department source indicated that his annual salary will be $263,000, making him one of the highest-paid coaches in the Mid-American Conference, which was one of Athletics Director Warde Manuel's goals when he began working on the deal last Oct. 13.

Under the old deal, Gill was set to make $190,000 for the 2008 season with incentives. Toledo's Tom Amstutz is the MAC's highest-paid coach at $313,300 followed by first-year Northern Illinois coach Jerry Kill and Temple's Al Golden, who are reportedly making $300,000.

WOW, GILL would make a fortune if he came to IOWA STATE compared to what he makes now.

Come on GILL, you want your family happy dont you? Put on that IOWA STATE hat already and move to AMES!

Yeah, he received like 35 or 40 k in incentives this year so he gets paid about 225 thousand per year. I know that ISU can pay him at least 5 times that

I think this article implies that he is getting more than that... It didn't say what the incentives were.
But really... why would you turn down a Chizik-sized contract? I'd guess Pollard will try to be as frugal as possible, but if he guarantees a ~300% pay increase - if he got the same money as Chizik.
He's not going to make anywhere close to that within the few years at Buffalo. He will stay as a pretty hot candidate for the next few years, probably, so staying in Buffalo might be his safest option for now.
