To be fair, Virginia Tech got the turkeys last year... And they went from last in recruiting in the ACC in 2020, to 11th in 2021... So... Maybe?

I think it was a typo, they actually meant that Corn has a 35 inch wingspan as they correctly stated that Cob had a 34 inch wingspan.

Here's the description of Corn and Cob from the article:
