I think the biggest problem for them will be, Leach ran a very distinct system on offense...and had players built precisely for it. I think regardless of who comes in will stumble with the transition.

Regarding Tubberville, he's been out of a job for a full year and from what I can tell, didn't get a look from anyone following last season and hasn't gotten a look for the big jobs from anyone this season either. I wonder if there is a reason for that.
