Trouble transferring tickets

Has anyone had trouble transferring tickets to someone else? I keep getting an error! Just trying to give my WBB tickets to someone for tomorrow.

Im having issues today as well trying to claim tickets for the game on Monday.

Try going through Ticketmaster app to transfer if using the Iowa state app. I had that happen when I tried giving away some I had gotten through jr club for mens games.

It is working today for me after having issues yesterday.

I went to the Jacobsen Ticket Office to buy an extra ticket to the Gymnastics meet last night. It took 2 hours for it to show up in my account. Strange.
