Traveling to Columbia Missouri, Food Recommendations?

I will be traveling to Columbia Missouri for some training for work. Are there any restaurants or a unique type of food that I should try while there? I will be arriving Wednesday night and leave Friday afternoon.

The Flatbranch uses to be a great microbrew place with good food. Preface that with its been at least 15 years since I ate there.....

I was actually looking at flat branch yesterday. It gets good reviews on google maps.

Chris McD's was really good but kind of pricey. Mamoot mild ale from logboat brewinq was real smooth semi dark beer. Went to Flatbranch many yrs ago it was really good still has good marks on trip advisor.
