Anyone know how to transfer our tickets yet? I am used to doing this with ISU, but these apparently are being managed by SeatGeek instead. Anyone done this yet, or know the process?

Your tickets should be uploaded directly onto your SeatGeek account.
The kicker is, if you are a season ticket holder, your SeatGeek account has to be made using the same exact email address that you use for your ISU ticket account.

Well, I made a seatgeek account (after purchase), using the same email as my ISU account. But it doesn't show the tickets on seatgeek. Are they just not available yet? Or am I hosed because the seatgeek account wasnt built when I bought the tix?

You should be fine. If they don’t show up by Monday or Tuesday of next week I’d be calling the ticket office (this is how I got the info that I have).

As previously stated, the Big 12 Conference utilizes mobile delivery of tickets via SeatGeek. You will not be able to access your game tickets via ISU account manager. Printed tickets will not be distributed and there is no option to print or receive printed tickets. You must be able to use a mobile ticket to attend.
You will receive an email from SeatGeek next week (to the email we have on file) letting you know that the ISU Ticket Office wants to send you tickets. To accept the tickets, you will need to create a SeatGeek account using the same email address you have on file with us. If you already have a SeatGeek account using this email address you will only need to sign into your account. Your SeatGeek account must be set up with the same email that is associated with your football season ticket/Cyclone Club donation account.
All tickets will be delivered by Thursday, Dec. 17. Tickets will be sent over multiple days so do not be concerned if other ticket purchasers have received their tickets prior to you receiving yours.
We strongly encourage you to download the SeatGeek app to access your tickets. This will allow you to avoid weak WIFI/cellular reception at the stadium as it does not require a data connection after tickets are viewed. NOTE: Apple Wallet & Google Pay are not available for this event.

TRAVEL PACKAGES: Given restrictions in place due to the COVID-19 pandemic and logistics involved, the Iowa State Athletics Department and Alumni Association will NOT be offering any fan travel packages.
HOTEL ROOMS: Anthony Travel, the “official travel provider” for Iowa State Athletics, has held a block of hotel rooms for Cyclone fans at the Live! By Loews hotel next to AT&T Stadium. +Reserve Hotel Room
IOWA STATE FAN EVENTS: Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, NO university sponsored fan events, spirit rallies or team send-offs will be held. We are making every effort to protect the integrity of our “team bubble” and ask that our fans do the same, by not staying, gathering or congregating at the team hotel.
