TBH, I want a Top Golf more than I want Toppling Goliath to move to DSM.

Saw it mentioned on another board, but it seems like a no brainer to have them take over the old social club fire station. That courtyard could be a sweet brewery patio.

I'm very surprised at this. I am seflfishly happy, but after their big expansion up north, I'm surprised they're coming to DSM.
