Top 25 Ranking?

Anyone else think ISU could be ranked by tomorrow? Looking at the games from today, there were a lot of losses from #15-25. If they're not ranked, they should at least be receiving some significant votes.

The loss to Iowa is only a stain in our own minds. The loss to TCU wasn't at the time but has become one.

Just saying! There's a lot of movement among the top of the rankings... lots of teams are going to drop out, and others will jump into the rankings. ISU will be very close.

We've come far but 4-3 isn't that good nationally.

TCU is certainly looking that way.

TCU is not the same team when ISU played them, they have lost a number of good players.

Prob in the 26-30 range. If we had beat TCU then yes.
I am curious to see the first CF playoff rankings on Tuesday though. If there’s any 3 loss teams to make it in, ISU has got to have one of the better resumes of those.

Ordinarily, but it's also nationally known that 2 of those wins are against top 25 teams, one against a top 10 team. That earns respect. I'm not expecting to be rated this coming week, but nationally people are aware of us.

Should be 5-3. I know we can't legit call the cancelled game a win, but Washington and Texas A&M will still be in the Top 25 tomorrow afternoon with 3 losses.

Honestly do not care if they are ranked or not at this point in the year. Team was definitely not top 50 at the beginning of the year. Offense was a mess before Purdy got in the game. Just keep winning games. Rankings will come.

I think we have a chance of being ranked in the playoff poll, as that is kind of a fresh look at things, but the other polls are too dependent on previous opinion. Even though we're 4-3, we've played the hardest schedule in the nation.
