Tony Lewis of 80s band the Outfield dies at age 62

I had no idea that John Spinks had also died not that long ago. I loved their debut album "Play Deep." Wore out the tape I had.

Lewis is the second founding member of the "Your Love" powerpop band to pass away, following John Spinks’s death from liver cancer in 2014.

The Outfield played Walker Johnson Park in Urbandale for one of the free Friday Fests in the early 2000s. They were great.
