Looking to switch carriers. Currently with Sprint, I seldom have dropped calls and have been a satisfied customer for 12 years, but looking to make a switch. I am getting tired of their nitpicking my account for miscellaneous things as in changing my corporate discount and how the percentage is taken off, and continually promising 4G (and technically charging for it), but never having it in Des Moines.
Does anyone have Tmobile that lives in or around Des Moines? What is the reception like? And is their 4G in Des Moines adequate?
I'm not willing to switch to AT&T or Verizon, because of the way my family plan (6 people with various needs) works out. So please don't thread crap with anything involving those two carriers.
