Sacks and TFL are counted differently.

Don't ask my why... just the way it is....

Iowa State's football stats probably show that.

NFL counts an assisted tackle as 0.5 (3 + [5/2] = 5.5)
NCAA counts an assisted tackle as 1 (3 + 5 = 8)

Assisted sacks and assisted TFL are counted as 0.5 in both leagues.

Scratch that. It looks like the NFL may be counting assists as 1.0 now.
