Tiger Press Conference at Augusta

If any *** hole asks about the stability of his marriage or how Elen is doing, that reporter should get effing whacked with a 7-wood (which would be about the best use a 7-wood could ever serve).

Ask him about how this has affected his golf game, sponsors and even the PED issue if you want, but leave his personal life out of it. Not only is he not going to answer those questions, but it's none of our business.

+ He knows most of the reporters by their nickname and got a lot of softball questions.

+ One thing we didn't know is that he's had multiple injuries to the Achilles heel in addition to the ACL.

+ Says he got a great reception at the practice round this morn with partner Fred Couples.

+ Says he's gonna try to control his temper and respect the game more.

thanks for posting this recap. also said he needs to get a feel for the game back, a a feel for the tournament atmosphere which is understandable since he hasnt played in one for many months. i think it will be interesting if he has a solid first round and is in contention. will reporters continue to ask about the incidents or discuss the tournament
 
So Tiger, did Elen give back your driver she drove into the windshield of your Caddy?

His competitive drive is what brings on those little tantrums. If he tries to temper that it could effect his play. Maybe it won't.

I'm just saying if it isn't broke....don't fix it

With maturity those tantrums would diminish anyway. He doesn't need them and he'll be just fine.
 
I thought he did well. Most of the questions were reasonable and he answered honestly from what I can tell.

What will kill him is if evidence comes out showing he did use PED from that doctor. That might just end his career. Hopefully he is being truthful about that.

I am offended by this comment...the seven wood is about the only club in my bag that I can always hit.:wink:
