I am sick and tired of watching teams pound the ball into the ground, run the clock down, and throw up a long 3 with a tied game. Illinois St. did it and Niagara just did it. TAKE THE BALL TO THE BASKET!

Don't you think the defense is thinking "don't let them get to the basket, make them shoot a long 3."?

I agree. High percent shots! Larry was great about making the team pound the ball. You get a dunk, lay-up, or get fouled.

It is what it is. I think most of the problem is also the fact that they don't go early enough and that also creats problems. That and the fact that the coach draws up a play with the guy with the ball in mind and that player either doesn't trust his teammates or wants the glory for himself and wouldn't pass it

If Texas Tech wouldve been willing to tie the game Sat, they wouldve tied it very easily, because they left them all alone in hte middle at the end of the game.
