This should put everyone in a good mood.

Boo! They cut it off so you couldn't see Roy Williams reaction! :biglaugh:

I miss the Tim Floyd era.

Dang, Jaque Vaughn went the entire length of the court in 4-secs and we couldn't stop him; he should have made that bunny, but glad he didn't

That does put me in a good mood. I was 15 years old and next to seeing ISU beat Neb in FB in 1992 was the coolest moment I had experienced as a Cyclone.

I was at the game! Still have the championship shirt, it isn't worn much.. I just watch and marvel at the bright shining light that comes out of my dresser drawer every time I open it. Love Tim, Jacy, KP, Dedric, Cato, SB. One of the toughest teams we've ever had. Those last 45 seconds still give me goosebumps. And that was no bunny by Vaughn, he ain't getting past Pratt!

Yeah I was there. I bought a ticket on the street outside. Mid court first row upper deck, great seats except...it was right in a KU section. Me and the Cyclone fan were the only ones around. The KU fans were flipping us crap the whole game. They were saying stuff like the bubble is going to burst or KU is going to break the game open anytime. We just sat there and didn't say anything back. When ISU won in dramatic fashion at the end, myself and the other Cyclone, who I didn't even know, both stood up in unison and screamed like crazy. Glancing around at all the KU fans around us, they were stunned. Their jaws were hanging open. Down on the court was quite a celebration. The numerous ISU fans in the arena did not quiet down until several moments after the buzzer. Cutting down the nets, I will never forget that day. Hope to have more like that in the future.

I loved watching that team, nobody expected anything out of them and they competed with all their guts every game. That game had me on the edge of my seat the entire time.

Yeah I forgot the talent on that KU team - Vaughn, Lafrentz, Paul Pierce, Scot Pollard and my most hated Jayhawk of all time Jerrod Haase.

Also, I forgot that Holloway looked like a 6th grader out there most of the time. 3 points in that game, but they were huge!

I was driving past Ryko on 141 in Urbandale when Holloway hit that three. I could barely hear Pete say GOOOOOOOOOOOOOD! over the crowd. I miss old Hilton South. I didn't stop smiling all the way home. Ex wife was a huge hawk fan and I made her listen to the post game and all. Show got over about the time I pulled into Carroll. One of my fondest memories of my time with her.
