Am I the only one who thinks this is similar to the butter bean matches many years ago?
This is so rigged. In a legit fight Mayweather would kill him.

Nobody may have asked for it, but I may get a group together to watch it. Rigged or not, it has some interest due to the Mayweather name, and the moderate (and surprising) success that Paul has had. At a minimum, it can be an excuse for a night with some neighbors to drink, play cards, and watch what happens in the fight.
The McGregor/Mayweather fight will always hold that title, it bridged UFC and boxing fans. It wasn't about competition, simply about the huge payday. Without that fight, this one never happens.
It really says alot about just how much boxing has gone in the toilet, other than a couple guys, the Pauls are as big a name as any legit boxers.
I don't mind watching Train wrecks. The only question is this, does Mayweather carry him for 5 or 6 rounds or does he go out and just destroy him like he is capable of doing. I still think Floyd Carried Connor for 10 rounds so it could set up a possible rematch. I mean Floyd basically through like 2 punches the first 3 rounds of that fight and just played defense waiting for Connor to get tired.
Hopefully Floyd just goes out and destroys him or at the very minimum plays with him and punks him out.

He will let them hang around for a couple rounds at least so it doesn’t look like he’s strictly going for the cash
I'll get downvoted for saying this, but I've always thought Boxing, MMA, and WWE/WWF were the stupidest things. Two of them you are literally letting people kill your braincells, and the other you are adults fake wrestling.
No doubt Floyd will win easily, but I suspect this will go quite a bit longer than you expect. Floyd hasn't been a knockout boxer for years - he is a tactician and wins fights through efficiency and scoring points off hits, while playing a ton of defense.
Small Edit: I thought McGregor had a decent punchers chance during their fight - mainly because of how Floyd fights and how he doesn't put opponents away in early rounds.
