We’re a little late to the game but my wife just got me a Blackstone for my birthday. I’ve cooked a few times on them because I’ve been voluntold I’m cooking at family functions but that’s about it.

What are some of your favorites? What are the favorite accessories?

Don't have one yet but am getting one and my first go-to is going to be fajitas, made for it.

One of the times I was voluntold to cook for the extended fam was hibachi style with fried rice. I’ve got some work to do but it turned out well I think.

Don’t worry. We were all told the chemicals in non-stick surfaces did not cause cancer.

As far as I know that’s cast iron and avocado oil.
