Texas policy on the number of fans in attendance?

I believe it is limited to 25% capacity.

Would not surprise me at all if that’s what’s reported but there were more than that in there.

Texas actually has bar and restaurant restrictions and a statewide masking requirement. Oklahoma has none of that, and is only shutting down bars at 11PM. Texas is definitely doing more.
