Agree.I truly believe they are desperately trying to avoid losses.
Texas wants no part of playing Houston in Houston and the B12 needs to schedule that game.I truly believe they are desperately trying to avoid losses to the incoming expansion teams.
This is what I think.Move them on. The sooner the better (pun fully intended).
Maybe this portends some news from the Big 12 (going back to Yormark's expansion tease recently)?
They will never say it but this is 100% a big part of their push to get out early. Think about it, they are literally going to pay millions and millions of dollars in order to not play some of those games.I truly believe they are desperately trying to avoid losses to the incoming expansion teams.
is it possible for the big 12 to keep them in conference, but not schedule them in any sport? Like yeah you are still a big 12 member, but we don't want you actually playing games.
Millions of dollars in legal fees when they sue you for violating the league code?Or not schedule any home games for them. A 9 game road trip for football? If I'm the commissioner, what do I have to lose by being petty, they're already leaving.
