Star Trek: Picard

As is tradition in star trek

DS9 is a top ten tv series for me but man does it start out rough compared to where it gets to.

I should have had more faith after Discovery but this first real Picard preview looks a lot more exciting than I thought it would. I'm down for it now after seeing that.

I was living in Chicago at the time and it was a crazy story to follow day by day, never could tell how big a story it was nationally outside of Chicago. In hindsight if people knew who he was running against (little known future president) it would have been an even bigger story.

I had just moved to the western suburbs the year before, which is why I knew. Agree, no idea how "national" of a story it actually became.
