When does the gravel lot north of the sand volleyball courts open?

Do you need a parking pass to park in that lot or not?

There is no parking in that lot this year

That Lot has been turned into the Cyclone Expreience, it is the games, and inflatibles for kids..............Sorry to **** on your cherrios..............
