MLB: Sox Get Peavy? Again?

Sounds like it's done.

Seventh time is the charm. Once he gets healthy, front four of the rotation is Buehrle, Peavy, Floyd and Danks.

I'm reserving judgment until I know when he will be back, and who will be getting those starts in the meantime. Richard was scheduled to pitch here in about 2 1/2 hours.

With that said, I thought no one wanted to pitch for the White Sox?

No, it's just that nobody wants to stare at AJ for that long

And if he approves this...well... ****

The pitching for both the Tigers and the Sox just got better

There is no guarantee he will pitch again this year. It sounds like MAYBE the end of August.

However, he is signed through 2012, with an option for 2013. It sounds like San Diego is sending some cash, but I doubt it is much.

I don't think this puts us in the playoffs this year, but I love it for the next few.

Carrasco making a spot start tonight. Hopefully he can give us four. It's too bad we couldn't have a day game today and Richard was traded after he gave us 7 strong.

Peavy's injuries the past few years have to make you worry about him. Not to mention he is really good at Petco and not near as good anywhere else.
